Puedo Terms of Service

Puedo is a technology platform designed to help users search for and discover options based on criteria such as budget, location, preferences, and other information provided by the user.

Puedo may provide search results relating to restaurants, shopping, travel, housing, events, and other products or services.

Puedo generally acts as a search and discovery platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Puedo is not the seller, restaurant, retailer, travel provider, property owner, landlord, broker, transportation provider, or other provider of the products or services displayed in search results.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use Puedo only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Certain Puedo features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not use another person's account without authorization.

Puedo may provide users with a limited number of free searches.

Unless otherwise stated by Puedo, users receive three (3) free searches.

After the free searches have been used, additional searches may require a paid Puedo Premium subscription.

Puedo may modify its free-search allowance or eligibility rules in the future.

Attempts to circumvent search limits through multiple accounts, automated systems, technical manipulation, or other methods are prohibited.

Puedo may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features and searches.

Current Premium pricing may include: Monthly: $9.99 per month; Annual: $79 per year.

Puedo may introduce additional plans, features, or pricing in the future.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable subscription interval.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each renewal.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future recurring charges.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments for Puedo Premium are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

Puedo does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process the transaction and recurring payments according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Subscription cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of a current subscription period, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated by Puedo.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or have a billing issue, contact Puedo at hellopuedo@gmail.com.

Refund requests will be evaluated according to applicable law and Puedo's then-current refund practices.

Puedo may change subscription prices or introduce new pricing plans.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice before a price change affects an existing subscription.

Your continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date of a price change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Puedo may obtain information from third-party sources, websites, APIs, retailers, restaurants, travel providers, property providers, mapping services, and other data providers.

Information may include: Prices; Availability; Product information; Restaurant information; Travel information; Property information; Business information; Locations; Ratings or reviews; Links; Offers or promotions.

Puedo does not guarantee that third-party information is accurate, complete, current, available, or error-free.

Prices, availability, taxes, fees, inventory, and other information may change without notice.

You are responsible for verifying important information directly with the applicable provider before making a purchase, reservation, booking, rental, investment, or other decision.

Puedo is designed to help users find options based on their stated preferences and budgets.

Puedo does not guarantee that search results represent the lowest available price, best deal, cheapest option, highest-quality option, or every available option.

Search results may be affected by data availability, third-party providers, geographic coverage, technical limitations, advertising, sponsorships, or other factors.

Puedo may display or link to third-party businesses.

Transactions between you and third-party businesses are generally between you and the applicable business.

Puedo is not responsible for: Third-party products or services; Product quality; Restaurant quality; Travel experiences; Housing conditions; Property ownership; Availability; Pricing changes; Cancellations; Refunds; Delivery; Shipping; Reservations; Third-party customer service; Third-party websites.

Any dispute regarding a third-party product or service should generally be directed to the applicable provider.

If you submit information, reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Puedo, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant Puedo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and process such content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to: Use Puedo for unlawful purposes; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Puedo systems; Interfere with the operation of the Service; Circumvent search limits or security measures; Use bots or automated systems to abuse the Service; Scrape Puedo without authorization; Upload malicious code; Impersonate another person or entity; Attempt to commit fraud; Use Puedo to violate another person's rights; Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; Use Puedo in a manner that could damage or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Puedo and its original content, software, branding, designs, logos, interfaces, features, and technology are owned by or licensed to Puedo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit Puedo's proprietary materials without permission.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Puedo, you agree that Puedo may use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

Puedo may display advertisements, sponsored results, promoted businesses, affiliate links, or other commercial content.

Where required, sponsored or paid placements may be identified as such.

The presence of a sponsored result does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the third-party business or product.

Puedo may receive commissions or other compensation when users click certain links or complete transactions with third-party providers.

Where applicable, Puedo may disclose such relationships in accordance with applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of Puedo at any time.

We do not guarantee that Puedo will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUEDO IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

PUEDO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE OR SEARCH RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, RELIABLE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

PUEDO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE DISPLAYED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE, TRAVEL, HOUSING, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER DECISIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUEDO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUEDO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PUEDO DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Puedo and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from: Your violation of these Terms; Your misuse of Puedo; Your violation of another person's rights; Your violation of applicable law; Content you submit to Puedo.

You may stop using Puedo at any time.

Puedo may suspend or terminate your access if: You violate these Terms; You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity; Your use creates a security risk; Required by law; Necessary to protect Puedo or other users.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date.

If you continue using Puedo after changes become effective, your continued use may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Puedo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute-resolution provisions may be supplemented by additional terms where required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific Puedo features, constitute the agreement between you and Puedo regarding your use of the Service.
